Since April 2007, we have been working with Innovativebalancing.com, Rochester, NY.

First we built a dealer locator to find automotive dealers located in USA and Canada and view the associated Google Map. We used PHP,Google Maps and MySQL to create a database of over 50,000 USA zip codes and over 800,000 Canadian zip codes.

In October 2007, we built a back end administration module so that the office assistants can add, modify and remove dealers as the business demands. We also created daily reports to help monitor the business growth.

In January 2008, we helped Innovativebalancing.com expand their operations by adding the dealer locator to their newly acquired Canadian site dynabeads.ca. We also helped them automate the existing manual integration process with the third party master dealer database to make sure that the database are kept in sync without manual errors.

In 2006 January, Elixir teamed with Meridian West productions to help redesign the real estate web site of Pacific Property Assets, Long beach, CA. We created an online version of their existing PDF confidential questionnaire and refined their portfolio page to give a newer look to their web site.

In October 2005, Elixir teamed with Meridian West productions to help redesign the web site of Pacific Property Assets, Long beach, CA to support their expansion into Arizona. We replaced their Access database using MySQL for easier maintenance and to meet their growing business needs. We did Coldfusion programming to create website for Pacific Propert Assets, Arizona and upgraded their existing database to support their newly acquired rental properties Towncenter Apts, Cimarron Apts, Sycamore Shadows Apts, Country Club Verandas Apts and Sundancer Apts.

In March 2004, XperienceOnline was having trouble expanding their fast growing online reservation system. Elixir used Coldfusion and Fusebox frameworks to create a template helping XperienceOnline automate cloning their online reservation system for new clients.
During the October 2004 - March 2005 period, Elixir built a portal system for XperienceOnline to automate their multi step, manual, inefficient registration process and added more value service offerings resulting in more revenue and ultimate customer satisfaction.
